AI visibility, in plain terms
Say one of your customers asks ChatGPT “Which electrician in Morges?” or “How much is…?” The answer draws on a handful of sites. AI visibility is the work of making yours one of them, with your real prices, your hours and your contact details. The same goes for Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers.
You’ll see it called AEO or GEO. Both acronyms stand for the same work: answer engine optimization and generative engine optimization.

The audit, step by step
| Step | What’s done |
|---|---|
| 1. Technical check of the site | Speed, the mobile version, and what Google and AI assistants can actually read on your pages. |
| 2. Searches and competitors | What your customers search for, and who shows up instead of you. |
| 3. Questions put to AI assistants | Your customers’ questions, put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers. Are you cited? Who is cited instead of you, and based on which sources? |
| 4. Google Business Profile and reviews | Contact details, categories, photos, reviews and replies to reviews. |
| 5. Google Ads account | Your current account, or the plan for a first account if you don’t have one. |
| 6. Written action plan | What to do, in what order, and what you can expect from it. |
What the SEO & AEO plan includes
Every month, you get:
- Four new pages, each aimed at its own search, written to be cited
- Technical SEO
- 2 to 4 quality links from other sites
- AI visibility: your Google Business Profile, your reviews and the tracked questions
All of this costs CHF 3,500 a month. The month’s report and site maintenance come on top, at CHF 800 a month. They’re included in the Growth plan.
What we do each month
- A direct answer at the top of each page. Your customer’s question, then the answer in one or two sentences, with the number. That’s the passage AI assistants pick up.
- Pages AI assistants can read with ease. The text is on the page, not in an image. Headings are clear, tables are simple, and the data is in a form Google and AI assistants can read.
- The same contact details everywhere. Your name, address, phone number and hours are identical on the site, your Google Business Profile and in directories.
- Dated facts and prices. Every price and every figure carries its date and its source.
- Replies to reviews. Every Google review gets a reply.
- Mentions on other trustworthy sites. Swiss directories, trade associations, partner sites: these are the sources AI assistants consult. No bought links, ever.
- AI bots allowed to read the site. We check that your site doesn’t block the bots that ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google send.
- Pages kept up to date. Important pages are reread and show the date of their last update.
How it’s measured
Every month, we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers the same questions, the ones your customers ask. The report shows you:
- whether your business is cited, and for which questions
- where it appears in the answer
- who is cited instead of you, and based on which sources
- your citation rate, month after month
- what we’ll do the following month
No promised score
No one can guarantee that an AI assistant will cite your business. Its answers change from one question to the next, and from one day to the next. Several Swiss providers say so on their own pages too. So our guarantee covers what matters to you: the indicator agreed at the start, such as requests or calls. If it misses its target after 90 days, the 4th month is free.
The method, on our own site
We applied this method to one of our own sites. Two weeks after the pages launched, AI assistants had become its top source of visits: more than half of all visits over the four weeks to October 30, 2026.
What it costs elsewhere
Swiss providers who publish their prices fall into four types, by team size. Here’s what they usually charge for AI visibility. Many include it in their SEO plans, with no separate price.
| Type of provider | Team | AI visibility, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | 1 person | CHF 290–1,040 |
| Small agency | 2 to 9 people | CHF 550–1,750 |
| Mid-sized agency | 10 to 29 people | CHF 1,800–2,700 |
| Large agency | 30 people or more | rarely published |
Published prices, surveyed in October 2026. Each range shows the middle half of the published prices. Agency prices usually exclude VAT. They rarely say what work they include, so ask before you compare two offers.
- Freelancer. Low prices, lots of flexibility, and you talk directly to the person doing the work. But there’s only one pair of hands: a vacation, an illness or a busy month slows everything down. A freelancer often has one specialty, rarely all of them. If they stop, you have to start over.
- Small agency. Several skills under one roof, a steady point of contact and prices that are still reasonable. But its capacity is limited for a big project, it depends on a few key people, and quality varies a lot from one agency to the next.
- Mid-sized agency. A full team, from writing to technical work, a well-tested method, and absences get covered. The trade-off: prices are higher, project management time is billed, and you often deal with a project manager rather than the person doing the work.
- Large agency. The capacity for big projects: several languages, several sites, highly specialized experts and brand strategy. But minimum budgets are high, prices are rarely published, small requests come after big clients, and you go through several intermediaries.
Each of our plans has one public price, and everything we’ll do is written down in advance, the way an agency does it. You talk to the same person from the first call to the monthly report.
When another provider is a better fit
If you’re aiming for AI answers in several countries and several languages at once, or you want press relations with major media outlets, a mid-sized or large agency with a dedicated team will suit you better.
If you only want light monitoring, with no new pages, a freelancer offering a small monthly package may be enough. Our plans are built for a small business that wants to be cited when its customers in French-speaking Switzerland ask their questions, and that publishes new pages every month to get there.
What’s included, and what isn’t
Included: the work listed above, the questions tracked each month on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers, the monthly report, and the pages published on your site, which stay yours.
Not included: sponsored articles and paid directory listings, if you want them, and advertising. Google Ads has its own plan: see what Google Ads management costs.
Terms
- Monthly plans: an initial 6-month term, then month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
- Billing: at the start of each month, payable within 10 days. One-off work: 50% at the start, 50% at launch.
- Ownership: you own the site, the content, the domain name and every account (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile), all created in your name.
- Guarantee: if the indicator agreed at the start (calls, requests, directions) misses its target after 90 days, the 4th month is free. It applies as long as tracking, budget and your part are in place.
