What an AI agent actually does
It answers the questions you get all the time: your opening hours, your prices, your lead times, your terms, “do you also do…?” It answers from what you give it, your website, your PDFs and your usual answers, and not from what it thinks it knows. When it doesn’t know, it says so and suggests getting in touch with you.
It can serve your customers on your website, or your team internally. Finding a procedure, a contract clause or the price of a part without digging through folders is often where it saves the most time.
What the price covers
| Step | What’s done |
|---|---|
| 1. Scoping | The questions you get asked most, the tone, the limits, and what the assistant must never say. |
| 2. Your content | Your website, your PDFs and your usual answers, put in order so it understands them. |
| 3. Build | The assistant and its knowledge base. |
| 4. Integration | On your website, or in your team’s tools. |
| 5. Testing | Fifty real questions from your customers, and the fixes that come with them. |
| 6. Data | Settings, conversation log, privacy page. |
| 7. Training | You learn to update it yourself. |
After that, ongoing care costs CHF 300 a month: we read the conversations, fix the answers that need it, and add what’s missing. You can also do this yourself.
What changes the price
- For your customers and your team at once: a second integration, CHF 600.
- A lot of content, more than 200 pages or documents: CHF 600 more.
- An extra language: CHF 300 per language.
- A connected tool, like your calendar, your CRM or your support tickets: CHF 600 per tool.
Chatbot or AI agent: the difference
A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it books an appointment, creates the customer’s record in your CRM, prepares a quote from the request, or follows up when nobody has replied. An agent takes more work, because it has to be connected to your tools and every step has to be checked: plan on CHF 4,000 to 6,000.
Many businesses start with the assistant, look at what customers really ask it, then add the actions that come up most.
What’s included, and what isn’t
Included: scoping, putting your content in order, the build, integration, testing, data settings and training. The accounts are created in your name.
Not included: writing content that doesn’t exist yet, and monthly care, if you’d rather do it yourself.
Guarantee: The agent counts as delivered when it does what the quote describes, tested on your real cases.
When another provider is a better fit
For a call center that handles thousands of conversations a day, an assistant connected to heavy enterprise software, or an industry that requires a specific certification, a bigger, specialized team is better placed. We’ll tell you so in our very first conversation.
