The price of each type of site
The price depends mainly on two things: who writes the text, and whether you sell online.
| Type of site | What it’s for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Ad page | A page for an ad campaign, built to turn the click into a request. | CHF 1,600 |
| Essential brochure website, 5 pages | You have your text and photos. We adapt a template to your colors. | CHF 2,500 |
| Custom brochure website, 5 pages | We create the design and write the text. | CHF 4,400 |
| Redesign of an existing site | A new site, built from your current site and its content. | CHF 6,000–9,000 |
| WooCommerce online store | A store with up to 50 products, with TWINT, cards and PostFinance. | CHF 10,500 |
| Online store with custom modules | Live prices, inventory, your shop’s point of sale. Priced after a study of your project. | CHF 25,000–30,000 |
These are final prices, with no VAT on top. Each project gets one fixed price, written into the quote with everything we’ll do, and the invoice matches it.
What each price covers
A brochure website comes in two packages: one for when you provide the text, and one for when we write the text and create the design. The step-by-step breakdown is on the brochure website cost page.
An online store includes the store design, entering 50 products and setting up payments, among other things. All ten steps are on the online store cost page.
A redesign is priced within its range, depending on how many pages you keep and how much text needs rewriting.
An ad page goes through these steps.
- 1. Research: what the people who click your ad are looking for.
- 2. Copy: the page’s text, written to turn the click into a request.
- 3. Design: the page designed for desktop and for mobile.
- 4. Build: the page built and connected to your form.
- 5. Tracking: tracking for the calls and forms sent from the page.
- 6. Tests: the buttons and the form checked before the campaign launches.
What changes the price
- The design. Adapting a template to your colors costs less than a design created for you, for desktop and mobile.
- The text. If you provide it, we lay it out. If we write it, the writing is added to the price.
- The number of pages. A page aimed at its own search on Google costs CHF 700. A simple page, like the team or the legal notice, costs CHF 200.
- Languages. CHF 100 per page. We proofread the translation and build it into the site.
- Selling online. A store includes 50 products, and each extra product adds a little to the price. With custom modules, it becomes a bigger project.
- The logo. If you don’t have one yet, CHF 2,000 to 3,000.
Two quotes for “a website” can hide very different work. Before you compare them, ask what each one covers, step by step.
What it costs elsewhere
In Switzerland, the price of a website depends a lot on the size of the team that builds it. Here’s what providers publish on their own sites, grouped into four types.
| Type of provider | Website | Online store |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer, 1 person | CHF 800–2,000 | CHF 2,500–3,500 |
| Small agency, 2 to 9 people | CHF 1,500–5,000 | CHF 4,500–12,500 |
| Mid-sized agency, 10 to 29 people | CHF 3,900–9,900 | CHF 8,000–12,900 |
| Large agency, 30 people or more | rarely published, by quote | rarely published, by quote |
Published prices, surveyed in October 2026. Each range covers the middle half of the prices published for that type, without the extremes. Most exclude VAT.
- A freelancer has low prices, and you talk directly to the person building your site. They’re often very flexible. On the other hand, one pair of hands does everything: a vacation, an illness or a busy stretch, and the project slows down. A freelancer often has one specialty, rarely all the ones a website needs. If they stop, you have to find someone to take over the site.
- A small agency brings several skills together under one roof, with a steady point of contact and prices that are still reasonable. Its capacity is limited for a big project, it depends on a few key people, and quality varies a lot from one agency to the next.
- A mid-sized agency has a full team, from design to development, along with SEO and campaigns. Its project method is well tested, and absences get covered. Its prices are higher, project management time is billed, and you often deal with a project manager rather than the person doing the work.
- A large agency has the capacity for big projects: several languages, several sites, highly specialized experts and brand strategy. The trade-off: its minimum budgets are high and its prices rarely published. Small requests often come after big clients, and several intermediaries stand between you and the people doing the work.
Our brochure websites, at CHF 2,500 and CHF 4,400, and our online store, at CHF 10,500, sit in the small agency range.
When another provider is a better fit
If your project is a platform with a customer area or business software, a site in three languages checked by native speakers, or if you want a team you can reach at any hour, a mid-sized or large agency will be better placed. If you only want a simple page so people can find you, a freelancer can handle it very well.
For a brochure website, an ad page, a redesign or an online store that sells in Switzerland, our offers spell out every step, at a fixed price. You know what you’re paying for before you sign.
What comes on top after launch
The site, the domain name and the hosting are in your name. WordPress maintenance is optional: for updates, security and backups, plan on CHF 200 a month.
