What gets automated most often
- Inquiries from your website: the form comes in, the record is created in your CRM, the person gets a reply, and you’re notified.
- Supplier invoices: AI reads them, pulls out the amount, the due date and the supplier, and prepares the entry.
- Follow-ups: a quote with no reply after a week, a late payment, a missing document.
- Email sorting: every message filed and passed on to the right person, with a draft reply.
- Reports: the week’s numbers gathered and sent every Monday morning.
What each price covers

- Mapping the process with you
- Build
- Testing
- Documentation
Automation with AI: CHF 2,000
- Mapping the process with you
- Build
- The AI step: its instructions and its checks
- Testing on real cases
- Errors and alerts
- Documentation and training
The tools: n8n or Make
We build with n8n or Make, two tools that connect your software. The choice depends on your tools and your data. The accounts are in your name.
What changes the price
- The number of tools to connect. Two or three makes a simple automation. Beyond that, or with special cases, you get closer to the price of an automation with AI.
- How much reading and writing there is. As soon as AI has to understand a document or write a reply, it needs its instructions, its checks and tests on your real cases.
- Several steps in a row, with decisions along the way: that’s a workflow AI agent, at CHF 4,000 to 6,000.
What’s included, and what isn’t
Included: mapping the process with you, the build, testing on your real cases, error alerts, documentation and training.
Optional: monthly care, CHF 200 a month, if you want it.
Guarantee: Each automation counts as delivered when it does what the quote describes, tested on your real cases.
When another provider is a better fit
If the automation has to run at the heart of heavy enterprise software, or handle very large volumes with round-the-clock uptime guarantees, a team that specializes in that software is better placed.
