What makes a good app
The time spent with you, understanding how you work. That’s where a good app is made, and it’s why every project starts with a workshop. After that, you pay a fixed price, written into the quote, and we hand over an app that you own.
What goes into an internal tool
| Step | What gets done |
|---|---|
| 1. Workshop | How you work today, where things get stuck, what the tool needs to do. |
| 2. Mockups | The main screens, approved with you before a single line of code. |
| 3. Database and access | Where your data lives, and who sees what. |
| 4. Main screens | What your team will use every day. |
| 5. Connections | Your existing tools: accounting, website, email. |
| 6. Testing | With your real data and the people who will use the tool. |
| 7. Launch and training | The app live, and your team at ease with it. |
A custom CRM
An off-the-shelf CRM often makes you work the way it was designed, and pay for every user, every month. A custom CRM follows the way you sell. Expect to pay CHF 12,000 to 20,000. Here’s what goes into a typical CRM:
- Workshop on how you sell
- Data model
- Clients and contacts
- Pipeline and tasks
- Email and calendar
- Quotes and invoices
- Dashboards
- Importing your data
- Roles and security
- Testing
- Training
A mobile app
For an app on iPhone and Android, a first version costs CHF 15,000 to 30,000. Often a web app that works just as well on a phone is enough, for a fraction of the price. We help you decide during the workshop.
What changes the price
- The number of modules: each one has its price in the calculator.
- Your existing data: bringing it over has its own price, higher if it’s scattered.
- The tools to connect: a set price per tool.
- What we find out in the workshop: that’s why the calculator gives a range. The quote pins it down before we start.
What’s included, and what isn’t
Included: the workshop, the mockups, the development, the testing, the data import set out in the quote, the launch and the training. The code and the data are yours.
Optional: ongoing development after launch, CHF 800 a month, if you want it.
Guarantee: The software is delivered when it does what the quote describes, tested on your real cases.
When another provider is a better fit
To replace a full ERP, connect production machines or build software that has to be certified, a bigger development team that specializes in your industry will be better placed. We’ll tell you during the workshop, before you’ve spent anything.
