What your team learns
The workshop starts from what your team really does. Before the session, we prepare the examples with your documents: a standard email, a proposal, a report, a customer request. During the workshop, everyone works on their own files.
- Asking well. Giving the context, an example and the format you expect, to get an answer you can actually use.
- Checking. Spotting when the AI makes things up, and knowing what to reread before you send.
- Protecting your data. What you can put into an AI tool, and what you keep to yourself.
- Building an assistant for the team. An assistant set up with your instructions and documents, that everyone can reuse.
- Spotting what can be automated. The tasks that come back every week and could run on their own.
We train your team on the tools it already has: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Mistral. If you haven’t chosen one yet, the workshop helps you choose. The subscriptions are compared on our ChatGPT for business page.
If your team wants to build things itself, the workshop can also cover automations with n8n or Make, or building a simple AI agent.
What the price covers
| Step | What gets done |
|---|---|
| 1. Preparation | A conversation with you about the team’s tasks, then examples prepared with your real documents, role by role. |
| 2. Workshop | A half day with the team, at your offices. Everyone works on their own tasks. |
Final price: CHF 800, with no VAT on top.
Why so much goes into preparation
General training has its place when you’re new to AI. But what sticks after training is what people tried on their own work. When the examples come from your documents, the team leaves with instructions it reuses the very next morning.
Preparation is also when we spot the tasks where AI will save your team the most time. The workshop starts with those.
For teams in Lausanne, Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland
We’re in Lausanne, and the workshop takes place at your offices.
The team works in the same room, with its files at hand, which often helps the people who are hesitant to get started.
What AI training costs in Switzerland
Published entry prices for a team AI workshop range from CHF 900 to 25,000, with a median of CHF 2,000. Published prices, collected in November 2026, mostly before VAT.
The gap comes mostly from the format: a team session, a program over several weeks, or a course for senior management. Some providers also charge per person. Before you compare two prices, look at the length, the number of participants, and whether the examples are prepared around your tasks.
Our workshop is a team session: half a day, with the preparation around your tasks included in the price.
After the workshop
The workshop often brings up tasks that could run on their own. We write them down with you. If you want to go further:
- an automation costs CHF 800 if it connects two or three tools, and CHF 2,000 if AI reads, sorts and drafts;
- an AI assistant that answers from your own content costs CHF 3,000;
- an AI audit, at CHF 1,000, ranks every idea by payback.
What’s included, and what isn’t
Included: the preparation around your team’s tasks, the half-day workshop, and the examples prepared with your documents, which the team keeps.
Not included: building automations or assistants, quoted separately, each at its own fixed price.
When another provider is a better fit
To train several hundred employees across several sites, run a program over several months or provide training that leads to a certificate, a team with several trainers will be better placed. We’ll tell you so in our very first conversation.
