Are the visits you bring in real customers?
That’s the question that counts. We target searches from people ready to buy, near you, like “bike shop open Saturday,” rather than visits in bulk. In Google Ads, the searches that bring nothing are excluded every week. And the monthly report shows directions, calls and orders, not just visits.
How do I know it’s working?
At the start, we set an indicator and a target with you: directions to your store, calls or online orders. We measure it in your Google accounts, created in your name, and you see each month where it stands. If the target isn’t met after 90 days, the 4th month is free, as long as tracking, budget and your part are in place.
How long before the first customers come in?
It depends on the channel. Google Ads brings visits as soon as the campaign is running: useful before Christmas, a sale or an opening. A well-kept Google Business Profile can move within a few weeks. SEO for your website usually takes a few months, but the pages you publish keep working for you afterward. Nobody can guarantee a specific spot on Google, and that includes us.
Which channels should a shop choose?
For a physical store, we almost always start with your Google Business Profile and your reviews: that’s often where a visit gets decided. For an online store, Google Ads and your products shown in Google move faster, and SEO takes over from there. ChatGPT matters mostly for considered purchases. And if a channel isn’t worth it for you, we’ll tell you.
